I suggest that if you doubt the history of Furst or Poutre or any of the main players go to their Linkedin or do some of your own DD on them.

I for one have knowledge of some of their past successes AND failures. I am an outsider looking in so I understand a little of how they approach life generally, and I mean generally not specifically. They are of the wild west genre. They PUSH to make things happen. Sometimes pushing instead of floating down river causes problems. But so far NONE of them have been accused in a court of law that demonstrates evil intent or unwillingness to make things right.

Yes they have issues. But I STILL think it is WELL WORTH the gamble to toss a thousand into the pot to see how well they do on this one as I have done and was lucky enough to have a couple million for that gamble. Hell, I have done WAY worse.

CRCW and RMRK have no debt that I remember ( you can correct me on this one). RMRK is going to be the avenue for CRCW in my opinion if they want to move forward.

I suspect that they will not rush to RMRK even though (they deny it but) it is in the plans to use the shell. I suspect they will now take their time and do the correct things needed to be done and then begin transferring assets as is proper into RMRK.

Just my view.
