Wéll know the amounts of penalties, fines and disgorgement

And if ever there is filing, which we predict will not happen in 2018, it will be fun to see how deep a financial hole TECO is.

No way anyone will put money in such a mess knowing that the money woulg line wrongdoers pockets, and knowing it would be simpler and chesper to start with a new and cleaned out shell. No way !

TECO will be revoked, too much infiltration of wrongdoing elements
