It is all it is, a business plan that has cannabis name associated with it. Not that they own anything but a lease agreement on a dirt pile but I'd bet, finally they are raising funds from MS, courtesy of dilution of all of you, to at lease get phase 1 going. Barriers to entry are small, business plan suspect in MA, but hey buybuyuy, you can always get lucky in a bizarro environment but eventually reality hits.
