You forgot to include this line a little further down...


"To secure its obligations under the Note and Credit Agreement, Bitzio pledged to TCA all of its assets, as did each of Bitzio’s subsidiaries"

And we haven't heard a thing in over a year. I think you guys on this board are going to be pretty disappointed when you find out btzo doesn't own gers and will not benefit from this lawsuit, if it happens.
