The roller-coaster continues. I normally don't even bring up unsubstantiated rumors, but I heard in a roundabout way that there is another attempt to get a grand settlement with BC/Symantec before this jury begins deliberating. It could come any day, but will be for a much lower amount than what we would hope for.

I guess it would make some sense based on the toss-up nature of this case. Is there anybody lurking here who knows some details but keeps mostly quiet? Can you give any cryptic clues? Even a smallish $50M to $60M settlement would be much better than the unknown.
