That is complete nonsense - there has been 8 contracts awarded to build prototype's of the "wall" - each will cost between $400k and $500k.

Saying the wall is a done deal is wishful thinking and not based on facts.

How in the hell can the wall be a done deal when DarkPulse hasn't been awarded anything - all contracts are made public - that is pretty tough to explain.

O'Leary is delusional if he thinks any serious investors would believe - "Dennis has also mentioned we will not see a pr about natl security concerns and he can only share 1% of what he knows." - you do understand that Customs and Border Protection and the Department of Homeland Security announced who won the contracts to build the prototypes.

The final design hasn't been decided - and DarkPulse hasn't been announced to have been awarded a contract.
