a bit of pps firming....

certainly a ways to go to get healthy again but.... declines of late appear to be reversing. end of 2017 tax loss selling or....some as-yet unannounced new reason(s) to accumulate ?

certainly profitable Italian ops would be positive as would be major positive forward motion with big Dutch project...

any cogent thoughts out there...?? anyone spoken with IR of late....??
