Share Structure Amended...?
So while I was doing some in-depth digging on LBTD I stumbled upon a website that someone had posted on twitter a few months back... here's the link - http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/corpActions.aspx?lx8nvq=uS9qKEqvH1LDq10lDFgNIw%253d%253d&CorpName=LOTUS+BIO-TECHNOLOGY+DEVELOPMENT+CORP

This is from the Nevada Secretary of State Business Entity Search. This shows that the company LOTUS BIO-TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT CORP had filed an amendment changing the Share Structure to 850M shares par value of $0.001 . I am a little confused about this because this amendment comes shortly after the form 10Q they filed in November and this value is not listed anywhere else except for this Nevada Site.

If anyone might have more information about this I would greatly appreciate the insight. I have been trying to figure out if this is the same company (even though it lists the same company name) because this could be a different company all together but the listed shares prior to the amendment are the same as the shares LBTD have filed on the OTC website. Not sure if this is a dilution or if they are planning to keep to O/S and float the same if this amendment is correct. Hopefully someone will be able to get in contact with the investor relations of LBTD to confirm this.
