Good Morning Room. I saw there were only 500 shares traded at .50 a share on evans and HISC 1.3 million shares at .008. I would expect more action than that with the news of the acquisition. Hopefully as the day goes on more people will see the news. I read the article but it doesn't say anywhere how they are getting the funds to finance the deal. Anyone in the room have more detailed info on the deal? Good luck to all.
