Got to have other new candidates running to replace board. Otherwise it will be like a California election, one party rule.

So you need a large, ticked off shareholder to propose alternative candidates and promote their candidacy.

The real worry here is that the current clown car feels no pressure to change the company's course at all. OPther than firing ODC, they are panglossian and think the current strategy will work, despite the market's humongous negative share price results. NO cost cuts, no layoffs have been made, no deals struck.
