Delaware company? Don't think I've heard this before.
Does veal know telling this to select shareholders is insider information, regardless if it's publicly trading or not, as an insider can still sell shares to the company in personal agreements using this insiders information.
This has been reported to Finra, SEC and California SOS to be on record in case h-j-oe ever tries to go public again.
This was all covered in the public address Veal gave shareholders. The email was just clarification of a few points. LMAO
