Reason being:

Investment thesis. Why did you buy? What has changed?

In my eyes, I see tier 1 Ip firm representing after over 9 months of research, i see positive markman, I see IPR/PTAB death squad survival,
I see changing IP landscape, I see a company that didn't run endless promotions and pumps, run on a shoestring budget with the man in charge as one of the major stockholders with millions upon millions of stock options who seems to not be willing to do anything to unnecessarily that will damage shareholders, i see ancillary cases in Wifi One and Oil States SCOTUS case that can have a very positive possible catalyst with little downside to them, I see a very strong case for CAFC appeal in a few different areas one mainly being the fact PTAB did not follow precedent and law in regards to true party of interest, and I see all of that ahead of us with price being up almost 100% from my average cost.

So yeah, I love the spot we are in.
