Good deal of nonsense kicking in again.
Gunther signed in October. They are selling units at a couple dealerships. That was the update. They were slated initially for 90 per month. They have additional dealerships that were not in the initial scope. I suspect the sales and additional dealerships were in scope for the meeting. Hence the "all in" comment.
Dont see how that could be taken as anything other than good news - A) Because they received units and are selling and B) Longer term buyout strategy will require that the product is selling through.
To take from the tweet that 2 units were sold is a stretch.
Too much going on here with ongoing sales, increased distribution, major catalysts still in play (BMW, Ford, Chrysler, San Antonio, Ford Fleet, Middle East), Product is a real solution for consumer and commercial problem, etc, etc, etc.
Debt is either gone or close to being gone and settled at a decent price.
Cogosense which we should now own had 1m in revs last year on its own. Loan against receivables to pay for acquisition.
2017 went from nothing to Q3 profit and major growth.

Could Berman execute timelines and communications better - sure. Does that piece take priority over sales - nope.
