those 2009 lows are about equal to $3/share now (given the current share structure of GOVX ...it has changed a bit since 2009), but here at .06 it is under-promoted, under-followed, certainly under-valued and all that can change in 2018

the icing on the cake is GOVX has a $50M dollar credit line with the CDC agency itself and $6.8M dollar production guarantee with HIV Vaccine Trials Network

GOVX should wake up here in 2018, and the day 1 move for 2018 was +16% on just $50grand changing hands
