Read the Capoli contract tweet from yesterday. The entire agreement is there-it is the same as the rest. No purchase orders, just rules for the dealers to live by. Anyone can sign them, with that agreement and a dollar, you can buy a cup of coffee. The true test is those dealers selling that DD unit to their ultimate end users at some price above $300+ per unit at hundreds/thousands per month to validate the projections. Not likely at those numbers.
