Let's take one piece at a time:
* A/S 2 Billion...meaningless
* O/S 840 million...not sure, you may be right
* Headquartered in China...meaningless, there's many companies there.
* No IR to communicate...no, there is one, just hasn't been a good communicator...definitely a concern
* Reversed into dirty shell....meaningless, they have spent the time necessary to clean up...old Fins completed, lawsuit to get back 54 million shares
* Pumped by unlimited supply of pictures...no, it is a limited supply and not pumped by anyone, just presented for consideration. still meaningless.

All in all, seems like your points are mostly meaningless. 1 thing I will agree on is there definitely needs to be communication by the company and not rely on others to get the info out.
