Netflix has real good movie about the housing loans when it crashed in 2008 all those who were buying what they couldn't afford. Here you go again. Excellent movie explains it real well. Short was in title. Can't remember but think you can search for it

This culture we live in is all about keeping up with your neighbors or people at the office.

Have two neighbors who bought same type of car within months of each other. LOL!

I've only bought one new car in my life. So disappointing to see loss of value after driving off lot.

I pay cash these days.

Right now I been looking for the right one for last 8 months. Problem is the years I want so many of them are rebuilt titles or miles for that year to high or not the right options.

Seems like the ones I want are being traded in to dealers to upgrade to new ones because the inventory sucks here.

Don't want to pay dealer mark up.

Scammers here big time.

Now you also got to watch out for all the cars that got flooded in the latest floods in Texas and else ware as they ship them across the country.

Just a PITA right now trying to find something decent.
