Could be, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt in that case. It was always pretty speculative to me anyway, I wanted to believe it, and it seemed plausible as EP Energy LLC is a subsidiary of EPE, that could have been spun off, but I figured it could also be an error.

It's the reverse split that pisses me off, no one could have predicted that, it didn't need a reverse with that share structure. Maybe it's one of those that reverse splits, then turns around an does a forward split post merger. It's going to need that and a quality RM to save it at this point.
