ATM, I got to think everything is well planned out behind the scenes,no need to announce anything to the Audited Financials come out and then I am betting they will open up the floodgates with Pr after Pr to move the stock way up and hold it up, they just don't want a pop and then come back down, as they have PRed, they want to go to Nasdaq and have to maintain a stock price of $4+ , I am very confident we are in very good hands here, the fireworks for all we know could start at any time at all, all the above in my humble opinion
