I doubt the company had anything to do with the filing mistake itself, this was probably done at the SEC, or legal firm who submits their paperwork, since both EPE and AIKO had 8K filings out on the same day....someone got their wires crossed.

However, I'd be willing to bet whoever scooped up that big block @ .10 85K shares, realized the mistake and capitalized on it.
