Think about it. One guy in Colombia who siphoned off a few bucks (properly executed "long cons" are usually massively profitable) from eager "investors" who bought into the "plug", barges and coal train pix along with weed and construction aggregates. I'm not being snarky because that's exactly what happened to me. Only reason I'm out $3K instead of $10K is the $.05 bump a couple years ago and unloaded 200K shares. I continue to check for life but with all the buzzing flies, ain't likely.
