Letter to Shareholders
Vancouver, BC – January 3rd, 2018 – Imagination Park Entertainment accomplished a significant paradigm shift this past year and is well positioned to be a market leader in augmented reality platform technology and original content global delivery in 2018. We are truly only at the beginning of reinventing our company for the next technology revolution which will change the daily lives of many of you reading this letter. I will plan next year’s shareholder letter to be provided to you in augmented reality!
Our daily focus is revenue and shareholder value which we will generate over the long-term. To drive organic growth, we have concentrated on new original content acquisition initiatives and expanding sales activities in both North America and China. The company is also continuously exploring and analyzing strategic M&A opportunities and partnerships that enhance our growth outlook in the augmented reality and synergistic technology global marketplace.
Although we have lots of work to do to deliver revenue and profitability in 2018, I am extremely proud of what we accomplished in 2017.
1) XenoHolographic launched two augmented reality platform products – XenoRoom & XenoSideKick – this past November and the company is aggressively marketing the products in North America. XenoHolographic is pursuing strategic partnerships and acquisitions in targeted vertical markets.
2) Announced the proposed development in 2018 of Xeno Tokens® by XenoHolographic Inc. leveraging Blockchain technology to monetize 3D content delivery.
3) Opened an office in China and is planning to expand sales activities related to both original content and augmented reality technology commencing the first quarter of 2018.
4) Acquired Jeff Rice’s company Prodigy films and working closely with him in securing new revenue opportunities in movie production, content acquisition as well as augmented reality.
5) Expanded the Board of Advisors to include highly accomplished individuals with track records of success in film, technology, electronic gaming, and content.
6) Restructured corporate governance and compliance procedures.
Augmented Reality
Our joint venture company – Xenoholographic – demonstrates our determination to be at the forefront of augmented reality experiences which Apple, Google, Amazon, Facebook and many other technology companies have made significant financial investments. Our new strategic company mission tagline is “where AR & AI Collide”.
The XenoHolographic product ecosystem will overcome the many hundreds of AR apps by delivering a platform for 3D holographic content delivery with a single mobile app to render all AR experiences. At XenoHolographic, we are pioneering the integration of AR with Artificial Intelligence (AI). AI is used to convert spoken language to text for the AI chatbot to provide an interactive experience embedded within a hologram. XenoApp is targeted to be released by March 2018 which will position XenoHolographic to deliver AR holographic platform experiences on both IOS and Android globally.
Original Content Acquisition
Imagination Park will leverage the experience and network of our Board of Advisors to acquire high quality content to be transformed into Proof of Concepts (POC) for sale in both North America and China. Additionally, the company will target film production opportunities to further expand brand awareness and generate new revenue streams.
We believe that as we continue to take our business to the next level and communicate the Imagination Park story more widely, our market value will reflect our future growth and value prospects. With tremendous revenue opportunities in front of us and new ones arising daily, there is no doubt in our mind that we can improve the philosophy and approach from the last year over this next year to create enormous value for the shareholders of Imagination Park.
Finally, I have received many well wishes and much enthusiasm over the past months from shareholders who have recognized and acknowledged our early success of transforming into a high-performing entrepreneurial company centered on delivering original content and augmented reality platform technology. All I can say is, thank you for your continued support and belief in our ability to succeed. We will continue to do everything we can to reward your commitment to our company and are targeting an uplist to Nasdaq.
