Looking at both L2/SBI and QMC's attorney's briefs, it appears QMC's attorney's provided substantially more case law references to support their case.

I'm no lawyer, but I consider referencing other sources to be a plus when making an argument.

I would think the injunction will be upheld until the trial courts conclude the lawsuit by L2 and SBI against QMC in Kansas and Florida.
