actually it would be at least 33%, and if you think ignition will try and dump them all in one shot and drop the floor out of this pos, you being ridiculous. they'll dump into fluff pr's and news like every other paper hanging scheme. my argument is there is a crap load of dilution coming, those new shares will become of the float (and dilute shareholder equity just being there), and have to be sold for ignition to get their initial capital an well as any profits, it's only a matter of time. you should be as concerned as to why jf hasn't done an 8k describing in glorious detail all the subs this has, or will he keep diluting based on outrageous revenue and merger talks...how laughable. hate to be around when the 10q hits and they're at 1000 subs
