what he did was no secret...he used it to help those notes convert....and that increase in a/s was a sham,think about it,he needed that increase because the toxic notes were going to require much more increase in shares to cover those toxic notes! that's all! he knew good and well he would destroy shareholders value all along,and that .33 pps he said he wanted? a sham to get that pps up there high as possible before the cascade and during it too....he wanted his 10k $$$ a ninth and we funded it!
