I may never get the complete picture, but what seems clear to me is the wrapping up of the convertible, changed the debt from a dollar value to a share count value of 123 million plus shares.

To keep it simple, exact profits and costs are for the noteholders, the concern is very short term how the stock trades but then allowing for fractions, 223 plus million shares before warrants for final count.

That is where company will sit in either 2 weeks or 6 weeks depending on volume, whether share price is 2 cents or 10 cents will not change that.
