Let's see if I can clarify. Andrius has done some good analysis/research. Since 99 million shares, then add the 123 million that is owed to noteholders, I see 222 million shares before any warrants, another complicated story.

Forget the money, it is all square as press release stated. What is owed in debt is 123 million shares above the 99 million figure.

Andrius should be commended for being the best analyst here. I am sticking to noteholders basically will sell down the remaining shares fairly quickly with the limitation being, they want to get a profit. They will get profit at 5 cents or higher that is quite nice, 4 cents may not satisfy their urge.

Probably between 4 and 6 cents range if volume is good, noteholder will sell off 123m share by around end of next week.

I will admit it is way too complicated, that is the delcath way. We just did not picture so many shares would be sold so fast. I assume if volume slows down, then maxm will be a dear friend for weeks to come.
