I do find it interesting that there seems to be steady buying lately. While not a big dollar amount, the fact that someone is buying hundreds of thousands of shares is encouraging. If WTI stays above $60 till spring, I'm sure we'll see some drilling. Then maybe we'll get back above a nickel!
