IMO this is NOT CORRECT:

FINRA is getting annoyed at people who say they "approve" corporate actions.

here is the statement:

However, FINRA is not responsible for approving or disapproving the action the company is taking

bottom line is,
FINRA will not approve or disprove whether or not the DECISION of the COMPANY to take on a CORPORATE ACTION is good for the company or NOT


but FINRA ABSOLUTELY APPROVES the CORPORATION ACTION PROCESS

NO QUESTION ABOUT IT

and after HEAVY SCRUTINIZATION HERE

FINRA APPROVED THE CORPORATE ACTION PERIOD !


now whether or not changing the ticker to MHHC from ORRV is a good thing or not for the company - that is not something FINRA will approve or disprove - that is up to the company to decide themselves !!!!
