I don't believe they have the revenue or assets to get there, but there is plenty enough to gain OTC QX status.

I know WW mentioned he wanted to use QX 'as a springboard' to uplist to NASDAQ. I would suspect that a good, full, and successful fiscal year under the new CA testing laws (starting Jul '18) would be enough to do it though.
