I'm a little late to the party here. That looks like the agreement for Canada. This new agreement is for California. They'll have to do the US distribution state by state for now.

Canopy is supposed to do Canada and some other international markets as they come available.

I'm going to try to order some pot-o-coffee here in WA just to see if I can get some. Looks yummy!
