Unfortunately with these OTC securities the officers & “Advisors” / toxic financiers often fabricate a story to create volume and inflate prices in order to dump shares on the unaware traders who either don't perform DD, perform less than thorough DD, and/or think regulatory agencies will protect them from scams.
