I'm in agreement selling notes isn't manipulation, it's how they are going about it that is. Today started with less than $5m on the bid at trip 2 and will end with over $150m shares sold at that level because of how they setup and then trapped investors.

Argue it all you want, but a bunch of new bagholders aren't here because they were super excited at the 5m x 60m bid/ask. They bought in given it looked like the bid was going to overtake the ask with higher than average volume.

It's pretty ingenious really and also quite dodgy.
