I think they realized they are more valuable as separate business entities than as one big organization. I believe it gives them more flexibility...and probably can make more money that way while minimizing risk. IMO...a great move on their part. One good thing for sure was moving IFXY from Smart Grid to Blockchain in MJ space...much more affordable to compete in and much greater upside!
