The Aruda's need a new car/boat.... Nice to be gifted 15 million shares for a worthless K patent... Looking back, the Aruda's made a steal with no fight... What was the alternative if Aruda won in court? K is just as worthless today as then... How about offering a million shares take it or leave it? What was Wayne Aruda going to do with K back in 2014? CTIX were rather generous over the years.... Fat salaries, gifted shares for everyone and BOD's who don't exist only on paper...
