Getting a real laugh with the Raiders! They are making a mockery of the Rooney Rule as well it should be mocked. Now Gruden today says, "I believe they are considering me"???????? HE is already hired, but they just need to bring in a token first so they can say the interviewed a black coaching candidate???? How will he feel about being a token. Besides that, how is it ok, that a team cannot pick a coaching legend like Gruden and just hire him, but could do that with Dungy??
