...I'll remind you that, all the hub-bub about how, when, and where to convert your restricted shares, notwithstanding, we DO still own those shares and when we get around to redeeming them, they will constitute a nice dividend.
There's absolutely nothing wrong with free shares in a new company being restricted, in an effort to keep mindless. greedy flippers from immediately "cashing-them-in."
As was the case with PURA shares, they are like "money in the bank!"
I haven't gotten around to getting my own released, but that doesn't mean I couldn't; I just ain't in no hurry.
