Sirius,
I'm thinking that some of irons in the fire, per say, had to be pushed back and/or delayed due to the toxic and private placement situation.. That certainly must have taken a considerable amount of time to work with and through.. So delicate and involved to make that all work..

I will admit that...that registration/prospectus statement is almost a (horror) movie, if not knowing what is going on and transpiring..
