I think that may be best, since it’s clear they have no sense of how all of this appear, since they refuse to give actual details just rosy imagery.

How do you claim millions in profits for a supposedly majority-owned subsidiary which you continually refuse to produce financials for, yet hidden in a Settlement Agreement (made with a third party who apparently assumed the rights to repayment to multiple entities for unspecified obligations) we find that $MSPC appeared to owe the supposedly majority-owned company about $200K if my opinions are correct, making any claims of actual ownership of this supposedly profitable company (again failure to file financials) dubious at best.
