“Some” of us have been saying for quite some time that the management and board of directors MUST GO! At this point that window of opportunity may have already passed! This is virtually a shell trading...hoping for a reverse merger candidate but even then, any new merger would entail a massive REVERSE STOCK SPLIT!! No new company will want to take on continuous baggage of unclaimed debt! The fact that this was allowed to continue proves to anyone that management (nor their TOXIC Lenders) care about the shareholders!! They viewed as one thinks about toilet paper when one has to go! Use it ($) while you can and flush! Good luck to the rest of you!
