I did a little more digging. A Whois on the domain name duncanmorganllc.com shows the domain was created (registered with Godaddy) on 12/4/2017. Might be of importance since the reinstatement of LDSI was a few weeks later. I'm thinking there was a few week period for the reinstatement to process. After a little more background searches it seems the company is named after Bannor MacGregor's 2 children. Was founded in June 2008. In my Opinion this might be Bannor MacGregor "Baby". After years of consulting for others he's turning his focus to his own project. I couldn't find any list of assets or estimated earnings for Duncan Morgan LLC.

Do your own research, don't invest more than you are willing to lose... This is my opinion! Based on a few google searches. I was an old LDSI bag holder who learned a few hard lessons over the years. IMO I like what i see and averaged down. I will be taking profits as soon as news is released and keeping a few shares in hopes we stumbled on a "Real" trip zero.
