I liked that they specifically mention ixcell in the press release:

"Under the terms of the agreement, ICT will develop and distribute MACI®, Epicel®, ixmyelocel-T and Carticel® in Greater China, South Korea, Singapore, and other countries in the region.

And maybe even better is the statement a few sentences later that says (to me at least) that ICT will bear the costs of Ixcell and other development trials in Asia (underline is mine). This addresses a question Hurley brought up earlier about doing the trial for cheap overseas and having the FDA here accept the results, as they did with MACI.

"ICT will be responsible for funding the development of the programs and manufacturing the products for commercialization in China and the rest of the territory.
