Nope, that is incorrect. JB&ZJMY Co. ltd. is obviously not holding any car or batteries production, not even patents, because we have all seen the financial statements of this company, prior and after ther merger, and this company basically an empty shell.

The companies that may produce anything related to EV cars or batteries, but which are NOT part of JBZY and are NOWHERE linked to this ticker symbol on any official documentation are named 1) Zhong Ji Ming Yang New Energy Technology Co. ltd. and 2) Shandong New Energy Vehicle Technology Co. ltd.
