I think we all need to recognize something basic, no stock reports either every success, or setback they have. Many companies never discuss patents filed or issued at all, but investors discover them in the public database in time. The last thing they'd say is that they were asked for further information, or to modify a patent application so it could meet requirements that hadn't been met.

Companies never discuss communications with other companies that might result in some sort of partnership or other collaboration until something is completely finalized and an agreement is then announced as a material event. Until that time, confidentiality agreements apply.

Likewise, if they apply to go on another exchange and questions delay the listing, they'll not discuss the ongoing work to satisfy requirements of the exchange. When it happens, it will be announced.

People would like to make investors doubt their investment because nothing is reported on many issues, but if you wait long enough, you find the goals are being accomplished. Give it time, the company is getting things done.
