First, Happy New Year. We are getting very close to a sufficient number of shares to remove the board and management. Currently we are around 14.3M votes and I know we have at least another 2M coming in in the next few days. We need 15.3M to be over 50%.

As soon as we pass the magic number I will let you know. Thanks for working with me on this effort. Hopefully, the new year will see Calmare reach is potential.
