And those two words you just highlighted is what I have been saying all along about their own description: JBZY WANTS to produce cars and batteries but they're not doing it now, but they PLAN to.

This just adds to the solid DD that JBZY is NOT making cars or batteries. The Z car company is doing this and they are NOT a part of JBZY that those glorified DD pushers want you to believe.

Given that Wang is a venture capitalist, he's going to convert shares to cash, that's what they do.
