I'm still waiting to hear from my/the lawyer.

Dragging it out, I think, just makes it take longer. Also, after getting the proxy statement, vote, and merger, I had deadlines to meet in order to qualify, get info, and decide on things, waiting to hear back from POW! ate a lot of that time up. The time deadlines are more crucial to the shareholder, than the corporation.

Should I ever go through this again, this will have been worth it, no matter how it turns out. I would not do things the same.
