I hope you are right for all you ERBB longs. They just adopted this ordinance last year though so I wouldn't bank on it changing in a heartbeat. No legal expert here but it may take a lawsuit by the unincorporated towns to get that ordinance lifted? That would be a costly and lengthy process but in the end a win would be worth it. San Bernardino County is very conservative. Conservatives out number liberals 3-1. I am sure those ultra right winged conservatives don't want some pot town in their county bringing in all those dope smoking hippie liberals. JMHO
