This topic came up out of nowhere at a gathering the other night, and in the discussion Overstock.com came up and how the CEO was called crazy for saying his stock was manipulated. He won in court and mysteriously no more talk. If you don't have the bucks and the connections you don't stand a chance. Even if the plaintiff were to win it would only be a win for the plaintiff because to receive the award there would be a NDA to keep everything quiet.
