I would say set him up on his own as the responsibility should be on him and not you.Give him all the advice he wants.I had my best bro' want to set up a joint account with him,as I follow the market much more than he.He said I could make all the decisions,he trusted my judgement.After pondering it for quite a while I decided NOT a good idea.I didn't want to be responsible for any of his money or losses that might happen.Hate to have something like that screw up a lifelong friendship.Those are too hard to come by.Set him up,advise him if he wants you to,and hope you all make some money.
